Booking & Contract
A booking is valid with written order confirmation as well as with the agreed upon pre-payment as binding.
Cancellation policy
If you are hindered to come to the apartment or if you want to cancel it, the following terms apply:
- 4 months before arrival free
- 4-3 months before arrival: 70% of the full amount
- From 3 months before arrival: 80%
- From 2 months before arrival: 90%
- From 1 month before arrival: 100%
- Non-show, delayed arrival or early departure: 100%
All prices are subject to change without notice and are provided without guarantee (including changes due to tax, regulatory, or situational circumstances).
In case of a cancellation because of sickness, accident, etc. I recommend you the purchase of a travel cancellation insurance, for example with the europäischen Reiseversicherung!
Payment conditions
Before arrival there will need to be made a pre-payment of max. 50% of the amount. 7 days before arrival the rest of the amount needs to be paid.
The amount doesn’t contain the local tax, which must be transferred during your stay.
Check-In & Check-Out times
- Check-in: up to 16:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
Use of the apartment
The apartment is only allowed to be used for the booked persons – if further guests want to come, this must be talked about with the owner of the apartment first. Smoking is not allowed in the whole apartment.
Liability
The guest is made liable for caused damages in the apartment or of its inventory during the whole stay in the apartment.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there shall be no entitlement to compensation or damages.
Jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the competent court in Vorarlberg, Austria.
