The apartment in Lech am Arlberg was redesigned in 2025 by the Tyrolian architect Monika Gogl with an eye for beauty and design. Precious materials bring the exclusive atmosphere a special optic – from light coloured, oiled oak wood for the floor up to clay interior walls, that ensure a comfortable and healthy indoor climate.
The apartment should animate for lovely hours together with the family or in bigger groups.

The apartment is located at the beginning of Lech, the second street on the right across from the Mühle Garage. It is central and its street is a traffic-calmed private road.

The beautiful mountain village of Lech am Arlberg reveals its very special, romantic, and at the same time vibrant charm in both winter and summer.
In winter the region covers over 300 kilometres of ski slopes and invites its guests to unforgettable skiing days but also to idyllic winter walks through the snowy landscape.
Thanks to the excellent central location of the apartment, you can reach the Rüfikopf as well as the Schlegelkopf in only 10 minutes by walking.
In the summer you can expect breathtaking hiking trails, that lead to natural treasures like the Formarin lake, the Spuller lake and the Körber lake.
The swimming pool in the forest offers relaxing hours in the warm months, especially for families with children.
